RIOTS IN INDIA
HINDUS CLASH WITH MOSLEMS (Received March 18, 8 p.m.) BOMBAY, March 17. Sporadic rioting arising from the coincidence of a Hindu holy festival with the- Mohammedan festival of Moharrum, which always excites Hindu and Mussulman sectarianism, has been reported from all parts of India. Twelve persons have been killed since Sunday and 200 injured. ■ " ■ ' ,
