WELLINGTON, March 18. An invitation to Count Felix von Luckner to debate the JJazi ideology at a public meeting was issued to-night by the New Zealand .Federation of Labour under the han<f of the president (Mr A. McLagan), rtnd the secretary (Mr F. D. Cornwell) * In a statement they said that Court! von Luckner’s visit had been discussed by the council of the federation!, which is now sitting at Wellington. ■ . “We concede Count von Lffiickner the right to his opinibns and fo express them freely,” the statement continues. “We invite him to come ;o«t in the open and express his opinicwis at a public meeting. If he will debate with our representative the cause oxs ascism against the cause of democracy, we guarantee him a, fair and coiirteous hearing.”
