Smith, an Air Force trainee, was injured, was due to a condition of perplexity in the mind of a pilot young in experience, who encountered a combination of conditions with which he was not familiar, was confirmed to-day by the Minister in charge of the Air Department ttbe Hon. F. Jones). He announced that, in the circumstances, he did not propose to set up a board of inquiry to report further.
