The land is all flat and has grown up to 75 bushels wheat, 65 bushels of peas, and 68 bushels of barley to the acre respectively, while the fattening qualities of the grasses are of the highest standard. A deposit equal to six months' rent at the rate tendered must accompany each tender. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
