OFFICES BROKEN INTO Some time during the week-end, the offices of the Atlantic Union Oil Company and the Texas Oil Company at Lyttelton were broken into, but nothing was taken. Both offices are situated on the reclaimed land beside the western mole. A window was broken to enable the intruder or intruders to enter the office of the Atlantic Company, and entrance was gained to the Texas Company's office through a fanlight, the glass of which was found broken. In neither, case was anything of value found, no money being kept on the premises. Yacht Race to Port Levy The annual race for the Marangi trophy, presented by Mr Tracy Gough, was held from Lyttelton to Port Levy on, Saturday. The race was run under Ihe auspices of the Christchurch Yacht Club. There was a light easterly breeze. The results were:— Tucana (B. Giessler), scr, 6hr 7min 30sec Ma'na (O. White), 31min, 6hr 45min. Bona (J. Howard), 31min, 6hr 48min. Yvonne (J. Robeits), 17min, 7hr 38min.
