SUGGESTED RECIPROCATION

TOKYO, February 28. The Japanese Consul-General for New Zealand (Mr Gunji), who will sail in the Atsuta Maru on March 17 hoped that New Zeaiand would reciprocate by sending a responsible representative to Japan.
