A Resolution making a Special Annual Recurring Rate of 43/500ths of a penny in the £1 on all rateable property in the said water race district for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on the said loan. The said resolutions will be submitted for confirmation as special orders at a meeting of the Council to be held on the 4th day of March, 1938, at 10.30 a.m., at the Council Chambers, Culverden.
