MILLION POUNDS SET ASIDE
LONDON, January 24.
The Berlin correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says that a small corner of the veil of secrecy shrouding German expenditure was lilted when it was announced that £ 1 000,000 had been earmarked for the' extension through Germany of national political educational institutions, which is the nearest Nazi equivalent to the pre-war cadet schools, where army officers were educated.
