THE CAPE BRETT LIGHT

The Cape Brett light, which Is shortly to undergo overhaul, will be discontinued from December 19 to December 27 inclusive, and will be replaced by a fixed white light, visible for eight miles. The position is Lat. 35deg. llmin. S., long. 174deg. 20min E. (approx), and the charts affected Nos. 1090, 2525. 1212, 780. Publications are: Admiralty List of Lights, Part VI No. 3298, New Zealand Nautical Almanac, and Tide Tables, page 155, No. 5.
