TRIBUTE TO COLONEL C. M. GIBBON
(Received December 8, 5.5 p-m.) LONDON, December 7. The Empire Service League Council, at a meeting at which Lord Milne presided, passed a resolution paying a tribute to Colonel C. M. Gibbon, former Director of Operations, New Zealand Forces, expressing appreciation of his war-time services and sympathy with his family. .
