SECRET CODE OF CAGOULARDS
♦ ENGLISH ECONOMICS BOOK USED (Received December 8, 10 p.m.) PARIS, December 8. The Cagoulards used an English book on economics to decipher their secret messages, according to the police, who claim that this discovery enabled them to decode documents. The Magistrate to-day had the book beside him when lie opened sealed documents found in the offices of Henri Deloncle. a brother of the alleged leader of the organisation.
