BOYS' ASSOCIATION
MATCHES WITH PRIMARY SCHOOLS On Thursday the annual matches between the primary schools and the Boys' Association will commence at the Christ's College ground at 4 p.m. Play will conclude on the first day at 6 p.m., and will be continued on Saturday at 1.30 p.m., when play will conclude at 6.30 p.m. The Boys' Association under 14 years' selectors. Messrs E. J. Chennells and A. C. Pitcaithly, have chosen the following boys to represent the Boys' Association:— The A team will be selected from the following:—Bartholomew (captain), Lam - bert (wicketkeper). South, Baldwin (Technical), Hamilton, Rattray, Thomson (College), Turner, Blackmore, Gain (School), Kennedy, Mulllns (St. Bede's), and Gunn (St. Andrew's). The B team will be chosen from the following:—McGibbon (captain), McKibbon, Mills (wicketkeeper), Nichols (College), Storie, Collins (School), Johnson, Thompson (St. Andrew's), Ashby, Barry, Scully (St. Bede's), Tulloch (West), and Dew (Technical). The C team will be selected from the following:—Telford (captain), Allison (wicketkeeper), Glubb (School), Ellis, Slasgow (College), Russell (St. Andrew's), Sadler, Furlong, Dacombe (Technical),
Warr, Thorpe, Davidson (West), and Wilson( St. Bede's). Under 15 Representatives Net practice for the selection of the Boys' Association under 15 representative team to meet Otago will be held at Christ's College to-morrow and on Thursday. The selectors are Messrs T. W. C. Tothill and W. Ridland. The following will attend at 4 p.m. on Wednesday :—Barrett, McCammon, Simpson, Metcalfe, Davey (Technical), Dobbs, Hodgins, and McGrath (St. Bede's). The following will attend at 4.50 p.m. on Wednesday:—Crimp, Dorreen, Moore (West), Walshaw, Littlewood, Brading (New Brighton), Marks, and Shannahan (Papanui Technical). The following will attend at 4 p.m. on Thursday:—Hope, Cross, Wright, Johns (College), McLachlan, Eggleton, Wakelin. Wilkinson, and McConell (School). The following will attend at 4.50 p.m. on Thursday:—Ellis, Morris, Kerr. McSweeney (College), Richards, Shirley (School), and Baxter (St. Andrews).
