THEFT OF £3OO FROM GISBORNE OFFICE

NO DAMAGE DONE TO SAFE (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) GISBORNE, November 8. Notes and silver to the value of about £3OO were, stolen during the week-end from the safe in the office of F. L. Kenny. It is thought that the thief must have had the use of keys, as there was no sign of entry to the office having been forced and the safe was undamaged when the theft was discovered.
