ARRANGEMENTS FOR SERVICE ANNOUNCED (BRITISH OTFICIAI, WIRELESS.) RUGBY, November 2. Before the memorial service opens on Armistice Day, the King will place a wreath at the foot of the Cenotaph. - Other wreaths will be laid by or on behalf of -Queen Mary and other members of the Royal Family. . , _ The Queen will be with Queen Mary and other ladies of the Royal Family at window's overlooking the Cenotaph. The Bishop of London will conduct the service, which will be broadcast and televised.
