The Christchurch Premier Pigeon .Qu held two races from Upper Hutt an Clinton on Saturday. The birds were favoured with good weather, and fast times were recorded. The winner of the Hut race, owned by McNeish Bros., flew the air line distance in 4hr 4Jmin 20sec. Mr S. E. Maxwell’s bird won the Clinton race in 6hr 44min 59sec.
