I II ■— MINISTER MAKES ALLOTMENT OF £120,000 (Received October 29, 9.30 p.m.) BERLIN. October 28. The Minister for Propaganda (Dr. P, J. Goebbels) has allotted £120,000 to the Artists’ Welfare Fund, which is in aid of old and destitute painters, sculptors, and actors.
