FAILURE TO KEEP PROPER BOOKS
(press association telegram.) NAPIER, October 29. In the Supreme Court this morning, William James Hyde, aged 35. a caterer and labourer for 'failing to keep proper books of accounts and also for contracting debts without having reasonable expectations of paying them was sentenced to one year’s reformative detention.
