CANTERBURY ASSOCIATION
Mr A. G. Eoss presided over a meeting of the Canterbury Croquet Association held recently. The following entries were received for the inter-club competitions;— Senior flag: United P. and R. teams. Ladies’ pennant: Akaroa, Cashmere, Edgeware, Llnwood. Opawa, Kaiapol, United B, and United H. Intermediate flag: Cashmere, Elmwood, Edgeware. Hornby, Linwood, Opawa, Rangiora A, Rangiora B, Redcllffs, St. James Park, Sumner, and United. Junior A flag: Barrington, Cashmere, Edgeware, Elmwood 11, Dunsandel, Hornby, Opawa I, Opawa 11, Elmwood 11, Llnwood, New Brighton, Mount Pleasant, St. Albans, Southbridge, Sumner, and United. Junior B flag: Barrington, Cashmere, Elmwood, Hornby. Opawa, Llnwood I, Linwood 11, New Brighton, Rangiora, South Brighton, Spreydon, Woodend, and United. The junior entries were divided into two sections, as follows:—Junior A —First Section: Barrington, Cashmere, Dunsandel, Edgeware. Elmwood 11, Opawa I, St. Albans, and Sumner. Second Section; Elmwood, Hornby, Llnwood, Mount Pleasant, New Brighton, Opawa 11, Southbridge, and United. Junior B—First Section: Barrington Cashmere, Hornby, Llnwood 11, New Brighton, and Rangiora. Second Section: Elmwood, Linwood 1, Opawa, South Brighton. Sprej'don, Woodend, and United.
