ARMY TRAINING FOR WOMEN
* TURKISH DECREE SYSTEM BEGINNING THIS YEAR (umTED rBES3 ASSOCIATION—CO rTHIGHT’,) (Received September 19, 8.30 p.m.) ANGORA, September 18. Under a new Turkish military law no distinctions will be drawn between men and women in liability for military service. Commencing this year, girls will receive military instruction in schools and attend camps in the summer holidays. The age limit for those liable to be recalled to the colours has been raised from 45 to 65.
