♦ MR THOMAS ROBINS The funeral of Mr T. Robins left the residence of his son, Mr T. T. Robins. Montreal street, on Thursday afternoon. The services at the house and at the graveside were conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Schollar, vicar of St Faith's, New Brighton. The chief mourners were the widow and Messrs A. H. Robins, T. T. Robins, and H. J. Robins (sous). The pall-bearers were Messrs D. L. Bcsley, L. W. Hudson, A. N. Chivers, F. Larcombe. P. F. Lower, find Sergeant A. McCarthy. HAMPTON A large attendance representative of all parts of the Ellesmere district was present at the funeral of Mr Joseph Henry Hampton, chairman of the Southbridge Town Board, and a prominent member of various lodges. A short service was held at St. James's Anglican Church by the Rev. C. L. Wilson, who also read the Anglican burial service at the cemetery. Members, of Masonic, Druid, and Orange Lodges met the procession at the cemetery gates, and the bearers were members of lodges: Messrs T. White F. L. Graham (Progress Masonic), W. G. Hill, J. Simpson (Old Oak Druids), R. H. Montgomery and R. J. Millar
(Olive Leaf and Royal Black). Representatives of the lodges also took part in the burial service. Bros. J. W. Warren and J. J. Hollinger represented the Druids' Grand Lodge.
