MOTORIST’S APPLICATION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL
(ranss association tf.i.ec. rax.) WELLINGTON. September 17. Albert J. G. Kempton. who was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment by Mr Justice Smith yesterday on a charge of failing to stop after a collision between a lorry and a passenger bus in the Wairarapa, to-day applied for leave to appeal.
