\ » I VICTOKIAN PREMIER'S POLICY | ANNOUNCED i i (Received September 14, 5.5 p.m.) MELBOURNE, September 14. The Premier of Victoria (Mr A. A. Dunstan), in a policy speech, declared that if the Ministry were reelected at the General Elections on October 2, one of its earliest acts would be the resubmission to Parliament of the bill to reform the Legislative Council.
