DELEGATES TO CHURCH CONFERENCE

ARRANGEMENTS TO HEAR REPORTS * A committee the Rev. Canon Parr, the Rev. E. P. Blamires, the Rev. W. A. Burley, Messrs Ward, Moir, and F. Thompson, was set up at a meeting of the New Zealand Council of Religious Education to arrange for a central meeting to be held in Christchurch to hear the reports of delegates to the recent world conference on church, community, and State, held in Oxford. The New Zealand delegates were Bishop West-V7atson, the Rev. A. C. Watson, and the. Rev. L. A. North. Messrs North and Watson will return at the end of October. A summary of proceedings at the conference was presented by the secretary.
