THEATRE DESTROYED BY EXPLOSION

TIME FUSE REPORTED TO HAVE BEEN FOUND SYDNEY, September 12. An explosion and fire destroyed the theatre at Blayney. The explosion shook buildings some distance away. Both sides of the theatre were blown out. Investigating officers discovered that the explosion was caused by a highly inflammable liquid, which hja 1 been set alight by a time fuse. The town's water supply was also cut off before the explosion.
