(BRITISH OrrICUL WIEELBSB.) RUGBY, September 11. If the weather is favourable it is probable that the Caledonia will leave Foynes to-morrow evening for Newfoundland on another experimental flight preparatory to the eitablishment of the regular air mail service across the Atlantic.
