Special Meeting of the Board held on the Ist September, 1937, it was resolved by way of a Special a loan of £2OOO to be applied by the Board in the construction of additional electric works in the Malvern Power District. The currency of the said loan is to be for a period of twenty (20) years commencing on the Ist October. 1937, and interest will be paid thereon at the rate of £3 10s per centum per annum. Security for the loan is the Specia? Rate of 31/1000 of a penny in the £1 on the rateable property of the Malvern Electric Power District, struck on the Ist day of September, 1937, and the Public Trustee is to be appointed the Sinking Fund Commissioner. The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a further special meeting of the Board to be held at the Board's Office, Darfield, on Wednesday, the 29th September, 1937. at 9.30 in the forenoon.
