w ■ ■ U'JiESS association TEUKltua ) MARTON, September 9. Barry Lloyd, aged 3i years, a son ol Mr and Mrs E. M. Lloyd, of Tutaenul road, Marton. was killed instantly late this afternoon, when struck, near Ws home, by a car driven by Mrs Esson, of Christchurch, and owned by C. H. M. Hawk, of Marton. It appears that the child ran suddenly from a maid across the road in front of the car.
