BLACK PENNY VISITS OXFORD
An unexpected visit was paid by Black Penny to Oxford a short time, ago. He gave stamp members some
good stamps, and made several suggestions. He also told us some interesting facts about stamps. We very much admired the fine collection of stamps that Black Penny brought to show us, and we feel it will be a long time before we can come up to his standard, although we hope to do so some day. Black Penny intends to visit the other members of Oxford, and I know the Woods members and myself will also be very pleased to see him again. —'MATE SEASPRAY, Oxford.
