The Karepo is to arrive here to-morrow from Newcastle with coal. She will complete discharge at southern ports. The Storm is due here this morning from Timaru, and will load for Wellington and Wanganui. The Port Waikato should arrive here on Tuesday from the north, and is to sail for Dunedin and Timaru. The Waimarino Is an expected arrival here on Tuesday from Timaru. She will take in cargo for Auckland. The Holmlea is now due here on Wednesday from the south to load for New Plymouth and Waikato. - MATAI'S MOVEMENTS The Government steamer Matai Is to leave Bluff early on Monday morning for West Coast bays and sounds, and is expected back at Wellington about September 10. y ROCKS IN TAMAKI STRAIT Mariners are advised that H.M. surveying ship Endeavour has located rocks in Tamaki Strait, Hauraki Gulf, in position lat. 36deg. 4Bmin Bsec; long. 174 deg. 59.4 min (approximately). Details: The following rocks, with positions given from Park Point, have been found:—(l) A rock with least depth of 6ft, 227Jdeg., 6.6 cables. (2) A rock with least depth of 4ft, 286Jdeg., 5.2 cables. (3) A rock with least depth of 10ft. 269 deg., 3.8 cables. Charts affected: Nos. 1896. 2343, 1212.
