MINOR SENSATION IN THEATRE

(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEOBAII.) AUCKLAND, July 4. A minor sensation occurred in a city theatre on Saturday night. Just after the audience nad returned to the auditorium after the interval a young man staggered out of the mMn's cloak-room and collapsed. An ambulance was immediately summoned ana a constable was called. The man, who is 25 years of age, is believed to be a visitor to the city. He was taken to hospital in the ambulance apparently suffering from the effects of poison. It is" also understood that he was not attending the which was being held at the theatre. His condition was fairly serious when he was admitted to hospital, but he was reported to-night to be making good progress.
