ELOCUTION CONTEST AT SUMNER
The staff of the Sumner Districting School recently held a character contest in the Presbyterian acting-headmaster. Mr W. J. ™r)i*. presided, and there was a tendance of parents and judges were the Rev. W. «- *»** and Mrs W. G. Banks. _^o The winner was Betty BarfCW" gave an interpretation of yzzTct*' Rabbit Hole." The best boy .*** I ham Whittle, with -Watehin* **~ > Courting."
