HUNT CLUB'S POINT-TO-POINT MEETING. — The Ashburton branch of the Christchurch Hunt Club held its annual point-to-point steeplechase meeting at Wakanui on Saturday. The photographs shorn:—(l) The winner of the race for lady riders, Miss Molly Orbell, with Night Parade. (2) Scotsden, winner of the Open Steeplechase, leading Sir Beresford about a mile from the finish, (3) J. Lysaght and his horse, Scotsden. (4) Competitors in the Open Steeplechase. (5) Mrs G. H. Grigg, wife of the master, presents a cup to W. R. Lemon, owner of Cappy Ricks, winner of the Hack Handicap. (6} Lord Reading falling at the last jump in the Maiden Hunter Steeplechase. The winner, Royal Raid, also is shown. (7) A young competitor in the Pony event.
