In a keen, hard fight, in which botr men maintained the pressure throughout Young Gildo and Jack Jarvis fought a draw at Hamilton last evening. The bout was the most interesting seen in the town for many years, and met with an enthusiastic reception. Jarvis made all the fighting m the early part of the bout, and it was not until the final stages that Gildo began to make up leeeway. The match was characterised by strenuous in-fighting.
