NAZI FOREIGN MINISTER TO VISIT BRITAIN
DISCUSSIONS WITH MR EDEN (bbxtxsh omcui wikxixss-> RUGBY, June 15. It is announced that Baron Konstanten von Neurath, German Foreign Minister, will visit London on June 23 as the official guest of His Majesty's Government. It is stated that no negotiations are under contemplation, but it is hoped that thevisit will offer an opportunity for an exchange of views on international matters of common interest to the two countries, and particularly on the Spanish problem. There has been no chance for 18 months for between Baron von Neurath and Mr R. A. Eden, British Foreign Secretary! although both in the interval have been in personal touch with the Foreign Ministers of other European Powers, and visits have also been paid to Paris by Dr. Hjalmar Schacht, German Minister for National Economy. A subject which will almost certainly come under review is the future of negotiations about a Western Pact, which has been a subject of diplomatic exchanges in recent months. The French Government has been informed of Baron von Neurath's impending visit.
