MISSING U.S. AIR-LINER FOUND
♦, DISCOVERY ON MOUNTAIN PEAK AFTER LONG SEARCH (Received June 7, 8.30 p.m.) ALPINE (Utah), June 6. A large air-liner, ownsd by Western Air, and carrying seven passengers, which vanished on December 15, 1936, was found wrecked on a snowy mountain peak after a search lasting for six months. No bodies have yet been recovered.
