Are Women Women frankly and openly acknowledge the importance of good dressing .. . and go for it. When outclassed, no mental complex confounds their feelings. They are envious ... and they don't fail to express their envy (ask any married man). Are men also envious of the better appearance of their associates? They certainly don't show it. In fact, they would scorn to admit that they are ever beset with such an emotion. Nevertheless, we venture that every man, physically and mentally healthy, is as appreciative of good dressing by his own sex as any woman. They may allow things to slip a bit through over attention to work, but all the same they are ever keenly conscious when outclassed in dress by their associates. Vfter all, all the World judges largely by appearances and no *ood object is served when a man neglects his appearance T. . especially when good dressing is neither bothersome nor expensive.
