OBITUARY
MR G. K. CRYSELL Mr George K. Crysell. whose death occurred on Wednesday, was born ,/“ Gust in 1866, and had lived m the Cust-West Eyreton district all his hf . Until about 20 years ago, he was engaged in farming. Since his ment from farming he b ad f ollowed an active life, 'taking a fading in all movements for the welfare ana advancement of the „ poet He was a Justice of the Bp a i^ e m r ,. s + e “e District Grand Master and a Trustee of the Cust Lodge. M.U.. was also a member of the Ma.om T odee “Mairaki.” For many yeais he was a member of the Rangiora County Council and the Cust Domain Board. At the time of his death he was chair man of the Cust Cemetery Board He had held the position for moie than 35 years. He was a member of tne committee responsible for the erection of the West Eyreton Hall March 25'. 1898). and was a member of the first Public Library Committee at West Eyreton. He was a .president of the Cust Football, Hockey, and Young Men’s Club. j alll ,u+prs He leaves a widow, two daughters Mrs R. F. Brunsden, Cust. and Mrs T A. Coulter, Christchurch, and one sister, Mrs J. Skurr. Christchurch.
