PRINCE KONOYE TO FORM MINISTRY

(Received June 2, 2 a.m.) TOKYO, June 2. The Emperor has commanded Prince Fumimaro Konoye, President c the House of Peers, and one of the Elder Statesmen, to form a Ministry. Prince Konoye is generally considered to be one of the lieutenants of the former Prime Minister, Prince Saionji, who retired in 1914.
