WOMEN'S TEMPERANCE UNION
The Woolston branch of the Women's Christian Temperance Unii i held its r onthly meeting in the McDonald Hall, with Mrs Ramsey presiding. Mrs Hall, district superintendent, led the devotions. The following appointments were made:—Scientific temperance factor, Mrs Lawson; devotional superintendent, Mrs French; "White Ribbon" agent, Mrs Finlay: reporter to the "White Ribbon," "rs Pepper. Mrs Hall read paper written by Mrs T. E. Taylor on Peace Day. Mrs Woodward sang songs.
