THE NEW ARMS FOR THE DUKE OF WINDSOR.---The shield, crest, and supporters differ little from those born* by the Duke when he was Prince of Wales, but now a small Imperial Crown is on the centre "Point" of the three short perpendicular extensions depending from the narrow band across ike shield. It is the first time that the Crown has appeared on the label bj the arms of a-Royal Duke. The surmounting coronet is that worn by younger sons of a Sovereign. .
