In a report of a discussion on the tunnel road conference at the meeting o'f the North Canterbury executive of the New Zealand Farmers' Union, which appeared in "The Press" of Thursday under the heading of "Tunnel Road." certain remarks on the action of the Chamber <Jf Commerce were attributed to Mr F. O. Coop. Mr F. O. Coop was not present at the meeting, the remarks being made by Mr I. L. M. Coop.
