The Washington correspondent of the “New York Times” says the air commerce regulations, which are now under preparation because of the construction of new super airliners for use within this year, are so strict that only 30 regular air terminals could qualify for unlimited use. Many of the most important cities are' affected, and the regulations are expected to result in radical improvements and enlargements to airports before the new Double Boeing air-liners commence regular services.
