CENTRAL CONTROL BECOMES EFFECTIVE (BRITISH OrnCIlL WIBILISS.) RUGBY, April 1. To-day, under the recently passed act, 4500 miles of trunk roads passed from the administration of diverse local authorities, through whose areas they run, to central control by the Ministry for Transport.
