LONDON, March 3,

Mr Eric Partridge, who was born in New Zealand and has lived in Englan ' since 15321. has compiled "A Dictionary of Slang and Unconventional English." Ke left New Zealand at the age of 14, and lived for about 10 years in Australia, serving for four years with the Australian Forces. He has lived in London since 1926.

Mr W. Karcourt Coleman (Devonport) has been posted by the Air Ministry to a Royal Air Force flying depot, but his destination has not yet been settled. At present he is staying at Rochester.
