The political correspondent of the "Daily Mirror" says that it is understood that the Regency Bill, which the Prime Minister (Mr Stanley Baldwin) will introduce in the House of Commons to-day, contains a clause establishing beyond doubt Princess Elizabeth's position as the sole Heir Presumptive.
