CONFISCATION IN GERMANY "ON JPOLItrCAL GROUNDS" BERLIN, January 8. Hopes that friction is ended between Holland and Germany were somewhat dashed by police confiscation to-day "on political grounds" of copies of a filing of the Dutch Rdyal wedding taken by an American film company; _No further explanation was given. The company had invited members of the Dutch colony ih Berlin to a private screening on January 10. DUKE OF KENT RETURNS THE HAGUE, January 8. The Duke of Kent returned to England by air. Princess Juliana and Prince Bernhard unexpectedly remained the night at The Hague. They will leave 'for the Tyrol this afternoon.
