POLO

OPENING OP SEASON TO-MORROW The Christchurch Polo Club will open its season on Saturday in South Hagley Park. One of the chief events of the season will be the Savile Cup tournament, to be held probably at the beginning of April. Several North Island teams are expected to compete, including the present holders of the cup, the Cambridge club, which won it when the tournament was held at Feilding last year.
