♦ KING'S MESSAGE BROADCAST BY DUKE OF KENT (BRITISH OWCUL WIBBLESB.) RUGBY, December 23. In a broadcast address to-day to Australia on the occasion of the centenary of South Australia, the Duke of Kent delivered the following message from the King: "The Queen and I retain happy memories ')f our visit to South Australia, and I welcome this opportunity of greeting its people once again. I have followed, and shall always' follow, with close interest the fortunes of your state and of the great Commonwealth of Australia, of which it now forms a part. I congratulate you on the anniversary you are celebrating to-day, and I pray that your state may ever increase in prosperity and happiness.''
