TAKING CREAM TO MOSCOW

PRECAUTIONS BY WIFE OP U.S. AMBASSADOR

(Received December 16, 10.10 p.m.) NEW YORK, December 16. It is disclosed that Mrs Davies, wife of the United States Ambassador to Russia, has purchased 2000 pints of cream, which she will ship to her Moscow residence, in which 25 electric refrigerators will be installed for keeping it. The Russian consul chuckled when he was informed of the purchase and remarked: "I am sure there is already an adequate supply of milk in Moscow in spite of the popular belief that there are no cows."
