— JUDGE DISAGREES WITH JURY’S VERDICT (PEBSB ASSOCIATION TELEOEAM.) WELLINGTON. December 8. Stating that he had some difficulty in understanding the verdict of the jury, which awarded £B2l damages to Robert Hansen, a watersider, against the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company for injuries received in a wharf accident. Mr Justice Blair has granted the application of the company for a new trial
